  Cathie was highly recommended to us by our Accountant.  She set up our chart of accounts and maintains our books using QuickBooks.  She also prepares financial reports for our Accountant. We have found that anytime we have a question, she responds in a timely manner. She is honest, trustworthy, and professional.  

Cathie is approachable, knowledgable, and takes every step to ensure you understand her explanations. I use her as a coach for Quickbooks Online and she's been incredibly helpful. From reconciling to payroll to how to pay taxes there's no question too big or too small. If she doesn't have an answer right away she digs to find it. Her rates are excellent and she bills fairly. I highly recommend Cathie for bookkeeping and coaching alike. She's been a godsend for me."

 Cathie has helped me with my small business by guiding my staff and me with the use of Quick Books Online. She helped us to get our inventory sorted out, instructed us on how to be proficient with PO using Inventory helped with cash flow analysis and more. However, what has been most helpful is her responsiveness to our requests, care in not spending too much of our money in getting the job done, and introducing time saving processes to make us us more effective and efficient. Don't use Cathie's services if you're planning to take her away from my business. :)
